Team Lead – Hero Cosmetics x Batiste Sampling Activation
About the Role
BMI is seeking two experienced Team Leads to oversee a week-long co-branded sampling activation for Hero Cosmetics and Batiste at Toronto’s Union Station.
Each Team Lead will alternate shifts across the activation dates to ensure smooth on-site operations, effective staff management, and exceptional consumer engagement.
Position Details:
Location: Union Station Kiosk – 65 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5J 1E6
Contract Dates: November 20 – December 4, 2025 (includes training, prep, and wrap-up)
Program Dates: November 26 – December 2, 2025
Pay Rate: $26 – $28/hour (based on experience)
Training: Paid hourly
Training Details: November 20, 2025 (Team Leads Only) from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (In-person)
Schedule & Hours
Team Leads will work three alternating days during the activation period to ensure full coverage.

Oversee daily set-up, execution, and teardown of the kiosk space

Supervise a team of 4 Brand Ambassadors and 2 backups per day, including scheduling and on-site communication

Drive, load, and unload event assets and product as needed (must be 25+ with valid G license)

Participate in sampling and consumer engagement while reinforcing brand messaging

Manage consumer flow and line organization in high-traffic environments

Send daily motivational messages and reminders to team members pre-shift

Schedule staff breaks and call in backup team members when required

Complete daily wrap reports (sample counts, impressions, feedback, photos, etc.)

Maintain daily communication with Activation Lead Zoe Faulkner
Asset & Transportation Requirements

Must be comfortable driving a rented vehicle to transport assets and product between:
Wild Card Promo Warehouse (Mississauga, ON) and Union Station

Team Leads may need to pick up rental vehicles and are expected to assist with loading/unloading

May require personal transportation to and from site on non-driving days
Desired Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in brand activations or experiential marketing

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and handling event logistics

Valid G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract (age 25+)

Reliable, proactive, and confident in fast-paced environments

Friendly, energetic, and solution-oriented approach
