- Contribute to deploying the global strategy set by upper management within your team.
- Help foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all team members.
- Ensure operational oversight of activity performance and productivity.
- Oversee human resource management in coordination with the HR department.
Requirements
Your Strengths as the New Team Leader
- Fluent/native level of spoken and written French.
- Knowledge of activity management (performance tracking) and assignment tools/applications used by the team.
- Strong organizational skills, collaborative working approach, responsiveness, and adaptability to change.
- Ability to support and guide team members in skill development with a pedagogical approach.
- Knowledge of the insurance market and its main players, clients, and activities (if you don’t have this knowledge yet, don’t worry — you’ll learn with us).
