Tech Lead - Cloud Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, Node.js, and C#, along with hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures for enterprise applications on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Define cloud migration strategies, including containerization and microservices adoption.
• Develop reference architectures, best practices, and governance models for cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure Node.js and C# applications are optimized for cloud environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automated deployment strategies.
• Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Conduct performance tuning, scalability assessments, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Cloud development.
• Strong experience in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Node.js and C# for backend development.
• Expertise in microservices, API design, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or a related field.
• Hybrid work model: In-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Working Time: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
• Work Location: Pune
