Project -Outage Management System Application Support
Scope :This project involves support of applications during critical weather conditions, reduction of the enhancement request backlog, application documentation, reducing ticket count and providing minor enhancements
Skills:
Primary Skill -Knowledge on Outage Management System and Distributed Management System of Utilities
Knowledge on SCADA, GIS will be an added advantage
Provide trouble shooting, support to the OMS system for any issues
Is adept with Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes
Understanding the existing application from a functional and technical point of view and provide the solution accordingly
Provide support and prepare technical documentation.
Qualification:
Work Experience of around 5-10 years in projects involving L2/L3 support
ITIL experience/certification preferred
