Technical Lead Java

Our Team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Java to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of robust Java-based applications while leading a team of talented developers. You will be instrumental in shaping technical directions and driving best practices in software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of high-performance Java applications utilizing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Enhance and optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Java development with a strong background in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, and related technologies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
