Overview
The Technical Marketing Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of client reports and managing the implementation of tracking pixels. This role demands strong independent problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a solid understanding of data interpretation. A keen interest in utilizing AI workflows to enhance efficiency is highly desirable. This position reports directly to the Technical Lead.
Core Responsibilities
Data & Tracking Implementation
Help implement and maintain tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) and conversion tags within Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Independently investigate, triage, and resolve data discrepancies, tracking issues, and reporting anomalies before escalation.
Reporting
Finalize and compile performance data from reporting and marketing platforms into client-facing weekly performance documents.
Support dashboard construction (e.g., Looker Studio, Databox, Mixpanel) by preparing, structuring, and guaranteeing the quality of underlying data connections.
Conduct rigorous QA of performance metrics across all source platforms and reports.
Learning
Proactive engagement with learning and developing skills in utilizing AI tools for data-related tasks (e.g., process automation, advanced data analysis, generative AI for reporting).
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ year in a hands-on data, reporting, or ad-tech role.
Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and troubleshooting.
Experience with Tracking Pixel setup and validation (Meta Pixel, etc.).
Proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Databox, Mixpanel, etc.
