In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of cutting-edge compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) products for global financial institutions. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and leadership teams to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions. Your work will directly influence transaction monitoring, case management, and regulatory reporting capabilities, helping organizations maintain integrity, transparency, and resilience. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape compliance products at a global scale while working in a remote-first, collaborative, and high-growth environment. You will drive product strategy, define technical specifications, and ensure your solutions meet the evolving needs of the compliance landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Define, design, and deliver AML and compliance product features including transaction monitoring, case management, and reporting systems
  • Own and steer the product roadmap for compliance solutions, collaborating with product designers, engineers, and data analysts
  • Specify AML APIs and integrations with technology partners to ensure seamless compliance workflows
  • Prioritize projects, review technical capabilities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable products
  • Build solutions that are trusted and widely adopted by compliance teams globally
  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in B2B SaaS compliance products
  • Experience designing and managing third-party vendor integrations in compliance or AML domains
  • Strong understanding of financial crime compliance regulations and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance data-driven insights and intuition
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for solving complex customer problems and delivering high-quality products
