Accountabilities

Drive the product strategy and execution for core communications capabilities to support international market expansion.

Define and prioritize product requirements by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and lead go-to-market launch strategies.

Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering to ensure optimal product performance.

Make critical technology decisions and influence the long-term direction of the communications platform.

Lead high-level architecture discussions and planning sessions for key engineering initiatives.

Define, analyze, and report on key success metrics for communications performance.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation.

Advocate for platform health, leading initiatives for tech debt, reliability, and maintainability.

Coach and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

5+ years in a product management or product engineering role.

Success working in an agile environment.

Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to seek supporting data.

Excellent organizational, quantitative analytical, and project management skills.

Experience delivering high-quality technology products in a fast-paced environment.

Proven success in working with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.

Ability to decompose long-term vision into manageable deliverables.

Experience with defining, analyzing, and reporting on product metrics.

Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Aha! is desirable.
