Concourse is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, CRV, YC, BoxGroup, and 50+ angel investors from companies like Brex, Rippling, Flywire, Deel, Jeeves, and DoorDash.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager (Strategic Finance) who blends deep finance expertise with strong product intuition and technical fluency.
Your mission is to scale the impact of our AI agents across every finance team we serve. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design product experiences that increase adoption, and build systems that ensure Concourse becomes core to their financial operations.
You'll work closely with our founders, engineering, and stay hands-on with SQL, integrations, and debugging, while thinking strategically about what unlocks customer value at scale. Your work will directly shape how we grow to thousands of customers and define how finance teams interact with AI & agents.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands finance deeply, loves solving technical problems, and thrives at the intersection of product, data, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize AI & Prompt Performance: Maintain prompt libraries, tune model configurations, and ensure high-quality outputs for finance use cases.
Solve Technical & Data Problems: Debug AI outputs, integration issues, and data inconsistencies through hands-on SQL, API investigation, and collaboration with engineering.
Build Analytics & Insights: Create dashboards and analytics that reveal customer behavior, product usage patterns, and revenue expansion opportunities.
Inform GTM Strategy: Identify patterns across customers to refine positioning, messaging, onboarding playbooks, and expansion strategies.
Design High-Impact Customer Journeys: Optimize onboarding, training, and lifecycle experiences that help finance teams reach first value faster and become long-term power users
Build Customer Health Frameworks: Develop systems for segmentation, health scoring, expansion signals, and proactive account insights.
Translate Customer Needs Into Product Requirements: Partner closely with engineering to scope features, refine requirements, and shape product direction with clarity and precision.
Architect Finance System Integrations: Work across ERPs, banks, CRMs, HRIS tools, and custom databases to design scalable agent capabilities and prompts
