YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You develop and communicate a compelling platform roadmap that balances business needs with technical sustainability
• You manage competing demands from multiple Customer-facing Product Owners across different domains
• You work closely with our experienced engineering team and engineering management to align on technical feasibility and architecture decisions
• You distil complex, diverse requirements from multiple divisions and teams into clean, reusable platform capabilities and APIs
• You act as the platform's guardian, ensuring new features align with the overall vision and don't compromise the platform's integrity

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have several years of technical product management experience, particularly with backend platforms or internal developer tools
• Technical Expertise You have a good understanding of backend systems, APIs, microservices architecture, and platform engineering principles
• Data-Driven You have strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and data to prioritize features and measure platform success
• Stakeholder Navigation You have the ability to work with diverse internal customers and multiple Product Owners, managing competing priorities effectively
• Communication You possess outstanding communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa
• Languages You are fluent in English; German is a plus
