Technical Program Manager, Readiness & Training

In This Role
You will act as a technical project/program manager supporting internal readiness and training programs. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand what technical training is needed, coordinate the content and delivery with trainers, select the right audience, and make sure sessions actually land. You’ll also measure impact — pulling data, analyzing engagement and feedback, and building recurring leadership updates. Day to day, you’ll be driving schedules, communication, and execution across multiple teams to make sure the work ships on time and to the right quality.
Responsibilities

Own and drive technical training / readiness programs from planning through delivery.

Collect requirements from partner teams and align on scope, timelines, and success criteria.

Coordinate trainers, prepare materials, and identify the right attendees from the technical advisor community.

Track delivery status, manage schedules, run status calls, and publish program updates.

Build and maintain program documentation, specs, and decision records.

Interface with internal stakeholders on both technical and business issues from initiation through delivery.

Create or review functional/technical specifications that inform implementation decisions.

Collect post-session metrics and feedback to show training impact and effectiveness.

Build monthly summaries and slides for leadership (participation, satisfaction, gaps, next steps).

Organize cross-functional work to ensure milestones are hit within budget and timeline.

Support executive and stakeholder communications for program rollout, engagement, and change management.

Use data to identify where training content or process needs to improve.

Support AI-driven improvements to streamline how training is built, delivered, or personalized.
Qualifications (required)
-
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scheduling, risk tracking, status reporting, stakeholder management.

Ability to work with technical stakeholders and understand technical content well enough to support advanced training (engineering-facing environment, technical readiness, etc.).

Hands-on data skills:
-
Able to query data (SQL).
-
Able to analyze results and derive insights on adoption/impact.

Able to build reporting/visuals for leadership.

Experience creating executive-facing decks and summaries.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including driving alignment across multiple partner groups.

Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and turning high-level goals into an execution plan.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience running technical training, enablement, readiness, or field enablement programs.

Experience collecting and operationalizing feedback loops (surveys, scorecards, post-training analytics).

Experience building dashboards / scorecards using BI or visualization tools.

Background working with AI-driven tooling or automation in training / enablement workflows.

Familiarity with balancing both business value and technical depth when communicating to stakeholders.

Experience managing programs that span multiple functional areas (support, product, engineering, operations, comms).
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $115,000 annually. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
