Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Leader to lead end-to-end software project delivery while providing architectural oversight and ensuring technical excellence. This hybrid role requires hands-on technical leadership combined with strong project management capabilities to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects.
Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency with regular progress updates.
Technical Architecture
Design and review system architecture aligned with business goals and scalability requirements.
Make critical decisions regarding technology stack, design patterns, and third-party integrations.
Guide teams in adopting engineering best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
Review and approve technical specifications, solution architecture, and design documents.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the technical point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Facilitate requirements gathering, solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews.
Mentor developers and junior architects on system design, technical decisions, and career growth.
Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Qualifications:
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
3+ years of experience in project management using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
Proven experience designing distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Hands-on experience with [Microservices architecture, Node.js, Next, React, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes].
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
Nice to Have
Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar).
Architecture Certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.).
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
