As a Technical Project & Maintenance Engineer, you are the key link between technology, production, and external partners. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality, ensuring our installations operate optimally and evolve with future needs.
Project Management:
- You conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- You prepare project budgets and technical specifications.
- You coordinate projects from A to Z, including detailed planning and follow-up.
- You are the point of contact for suppliers and technicians, and you visit them for FAT procedures.
- You ensure a smooth handover to production and maintenance, including all documentation.
Maintenance:
- You evaluate the machinery both preventively and curatively to avoid downtime and quality issues.
- You prepare and closely monitor maintenance tasks.
- You manage the maintenance budget with a focus on continuous improvement.
- You work daily with colleagues on short- and long-term action plans.
- You develop ad hoc solutions on-site and implement optimization projects.
- You coach internal and external technicians and are actively present on the shop floor.
- You manage critical spare parts and collaborate closely with production, quality, and purchasing.
- You document everything thoroughly.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise: Bachelor/Master in Electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
- Project management skills: You plan, coordinate, and monitor budgets and deadlines.
- Problem-solving ability: Analytical, creative, and hands-on.
- Communication skills: You communicate effectively with various stakeholders. French and/or Dutch is required.
- Safety awareness: You know and follow safety and environmental regulations.
- Organizational skills: You set priorities, remain flexible, and handle stress well.
