Technical Project Manager (Full Stack with Dot Net & React)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong hands-on experience in Full Stack development using .NET and React. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while collaborating closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps)

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams

• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and provide regular status updates

• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards

• Review technical architecture, design, and code for quality and scalability

• Provide technical guidance to teams working on .NET and React

• Handle change requests and manage client expectations

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices

• Monitor quality metrics and ensure proper testing before releases

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS

• Knowledge of state management tools (Redux / Context API)

• Experience with SQL Server and database design

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Additional Information

Project Management Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
