Everything To Gain is in search of a Technical Project Manager based in Tunisia to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects that drive our software development and technology initiatives. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle project challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in software development.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Technical background in software engineering or related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English – knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
