Location: Remote - this role is available across all countries with 4hr+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)
Where you'll create impact
As our Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA - sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class talent. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership roles
You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up
What sets you up for success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
Hardcore work ethic and high agency

Base Salary: $50K–$100K USD
Equity: ~$40K USD
