Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in the technology sector.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian tech market, including roles and skill requirements.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and networking strategies to attract candidates.
• Ability to conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate technical capabilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various hiring projects concurrently.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment methodologies.
