Technical Recruiter

robusta is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

Our HR Team’s mission is to enable the organization’s and people’s growth according to the dynamics and factors of where we are, where we want to be and how we want to reach it.

You as a technical recruiter will play a pivotal role helping us grow our team with the right talent and a fast pace. You will also represent robusta in front of candidates and new hires as the main point of contact.

Your main responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from aligning with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to making offering job offers to the best candidates.

You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best candidates.

• Writing Job descriptions & posting to relevant suitable channels.
• Source potential candidates on tech specific platforms and others like Github, stack-overflow and LinkedIn as well as other onsite methods like meetups, events and others.
• Screening applicants for competency of job vacancy requirements.
• Arranging and conducting phone and interviews with different methods (structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Achieving hiring KPIs as well as introducing new relevant ones.
• Following and optimizing our hiring process.
• Working with managers and other robustians to arrange and sponsor tech events.
• Working with other HR team members on employer branding strategies for sourcing & attracting top notch candidates.
• Pitching robusta to candidates & finalizing job offers negotiations.
