📍 Candidates must reside within 100 miles of one of the listed locations. The closer, the better!
Work Arrangement:
- Fully remote
- Laptop, company phone, corporate card, and mileage reimbursement provided
Compensation:
- Base salary commensurate with experience
- Eligible for 100% commission once base threshold is met
- Expected transition to full commission within 24 months (or sooner, if desired)
Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- No current or future visa sponsorship required
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in corrugated packaging or capital equipment sales (for positions marked "box"). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid B2B sales experience and the drive to thrive in a commission-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt to market conditions and business drivers that influence long-term commercial strategies
- Leverage internal resources to stay ahead of competitive and industry trends
- Evaluate and adjust pricing within accounts to drive profitable collaboration
- Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts aligned with market demand
- Achieve and exceed KPIs across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Track profitability against budget and analyze monthly financial performance
- Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual agreements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of corrugated packaging sales experience
- Box locations require experience in capital equipment sales
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and client-facing communication
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
