Technical Sourcer (Contract)

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer who is interested in joining a world-class sourcing team. This team will be tasked with scaling our talent pipeline and be a force multiplier for our recruiting team. In this role, you will help talent map and drive sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles. You will be given the independence and ownership to set strategy in pipeline building for the teams you support.

This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as an ambassador of the brand and have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for the Zoox mission.

If selected for the role, you may be paired with any of the following departments to support:

- Autonomy Software

- IT (ITA)

- System Design & Mission Assurance (SDMA)

- Program Management Office (PMO)

This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ). 

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $57 to $74 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.

Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
