    • Game Design (systems, level, narrative, UX)
    • Production and other specialized disciplines
  • Execute advanced Boolean searches and targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, ATS platforms, portfolios, and online communities
  • Identify and engage passive candidates aligned with Side’s co-development and studio support needs

Screening & Candidate Qualification

  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical alignment, experience, availability, and interest
  • Evaluate candidate fit against role requirements prior to handoff
  • Prepare clear, structured candidate summaries for recruiter handoff

Pipeline Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track, update, and maintain candidate records accurately and on time within internal systems

  • Provide insights on regional talent availability, market conditions, and sourcing challenges across MEA and APAC
  • Support hiring strategy through proactive sourcing recommendations

Market Intelligence & Process

  • Monitor hiring trends, talent movement, and regional nuances within MEA and APAC gaming markets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, tools, and documentation
