We are looking for an IT Support person to join our team and assist us in solving technical problems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Tasks:

Providing user support for technical issues (remotely);
Monitoring systems and responding to requests;
Basic database administration;
Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of databases;
Nice to have: basic knowledge of Linux;
Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently;
Good organization of work during night shifts.

Additional Information

Full-time work;
Remote work between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m.;
