The team behind Coram AI comprises serial entrepreneurs and technology leaders who have spent more than a decade building self-driving cars at institutions like Stanford University, Oxford University, Zoox, and Lyft. They've already built (and exited) successful tech companies, and Coram is their new venture.

The Role & Requirements

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our product - debugging issues, diving into systems and metrics, and ensuring customers get fast, thoughtful resolutions. You'll also help us improve over time by documenting solutions and automating fixes for recurring problems.

In this role, you will:

  • Debug and resolve customer issues by analyzing logs, querying APIs, and reviewing dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools like Grafana

  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the resolution process, keeping them informed and confident

  • Write and maintain runbooks for critical and recurring issues

  • Identify patterns and build automations or fixes to eliminate repeat problems

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex bugs and represent customer needs

  • Contribute to improving support processes and tooling

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role

  • Comfort debugging issues using APIs, logs, and observability tools

  • The ability to write clear documentation and runbooks

  • Scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to address recurring issues

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Willingness to work US Shift
