We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our growing UK team and take the lead on technical initiatives for TOMRA’s Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs). This is a Greenfields opportunity within a global organisation, offering you the chance to shape processes and make a real impact.
You will interface with customers, technicians, and system users, acting as one of the technical go-to experts and a product specialist for our UK Service Team. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with other team members as a key conduit between TOMRA Collection UK and our global team headquartered in Norway.
As our TPM for the UK, you will:
- Act as the local technical lead for RVM installations and upgrades.
- Manage technical projects from planning through to execution.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for TOMRA products and systems.
- Analyse data from installed RVMs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical input on machine capabilities and configuration options.
- Deliver comprehensive training to technicians and service representatives, ensuring teams are well-equipped with current knowledge and future product developments.
- Ensure compliance with TOMRA’s safety standards and UK regulations.
