Technology Product/Project Manager

We are a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) specializing in cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, including GRC automation, threat intelligence, and security operations. Our innovation-driven approach ensures continuous protection and compliance for our clients. As we expand our technology and product development initiatives, we are looking for an Internal PMO to streamline and enhance our agile technology project management processes.

The Technology Product PM will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the cybersecurity technology and product development roadmap in collaboration with the Product Management team. This role will ensure that agile methodologies are effectively implemented across teams promoting alignment between product, engineering, and security operations. Technology Product PM will work closely with stakeholders to manage priorities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an agile project management framework tailored to cybersecurity technology product development.
• Coordinate and oversee technology development initiatives within an Agile environment.
• Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure the roadmap aligns with both the technical and business requirements.
• Facilitate sprint-like planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog analysis sessions.
• Track progress against key milestones and deliverables, ensuring transparency in execution.
• Implement agile best practices, optimize workflows, and remove bottlenecks.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between product management, engineering, and security teams ensuring all stakeholders are working toward common goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement in development cycles and release management.
• Report progress, KPIs, cost attributes and effort estimation, and status updates to management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a PMO, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and working experience with software-as-a-service product development Experience managing technology development projects in an MSSP, cybersecurity, or SaaS environment will be considered a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance workflows is a plus.
• Agile or PMP certification would be considered a strong plus.
