We are looking for Technical Recruiter to join our team in Amsterdam. This is a opportunity to join the AI revolution. In this role you will partner closely with the business to identify, engage, and inspire world-class talent - helping build a team capable of solving some of the most challenging problems in AI technology today

What We are Looking For
- 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environments.
- Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
