- Responsibilities:
- Should handle the telemarketing activities of the company
- Responsible for telemarketing for brand promotion and subscription sign-up
- Daily Follow-up to the inquiries should be done without negligence
- Detail oriented and can meet deadlines comfortably
- Cold calling and Lead generation
- Give a basic sales pitch of services to the customers
- Answering any queries quickly and efficiently
- Building excellent client relations over the phone
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy environment
- Accurately maintaining records of all calls & customer details
- Maintain MIS reports in Excel and Spreadsheet
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating them
- Coordinate with various team members across the business for various business and operation functions
