Temporary Accounting Support Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to help support a fast-paced accounting team? We’re looking for a Temporary Accounting Support Specialist to join our team and help play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle a mix of accounting tasks, customer interactions, and day-to-day office responsibilities that ensure accuracy and efficiency across the department.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately record and upload customer invoices and vendor expenses
• Manage vendor payables and enter cash receipts daily
• Assist with accounts receivables and annual audits
• Handle daily customer service calls and support pricing/invoicing
• Track internal expenses and prepare monthly reports
• Complete employee expense reports and record ACH deposits
• Support the office with phones, filing, and general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of accounting experience (Accounting Assistant or Clerk)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM software is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s preferred)
