Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time Territory/Account Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a remote role focused on outbound lead generation, virtual customer engagement, and expansion of existing business.
You will own your territory revenue target, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and develop long-term customer relationships through structured, high-quality remote interactions. This role suits a self-motivated salesperson who thrives in a digital sales environment and is comfortable owning both new business and account growth.
Requirements
You will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets across existing customers and new business growth within your territory
- Expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities
- Generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Conducting customer meetings via video, phone, and email to progress opportunities and close deals
- Managing leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM
- Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
- Maintaining high-quality, up-to-date CRM data
- Selling the full Assay Genie product portfolio in line with company strategy
- Using in-house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers
- Supporting and maintaining digital outreach processes
- Adhering to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining strong technical and product knowledge through ongoing training
You will bring:
