Test Automation Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Test Automation Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Design, prepare, and maintain automated tests.
• Contribute to developing a plan to integrate automated testing into the overall testing process.
• Evaluate tools and technologies to determine the best fit for automation within a DevSecOps approach.
• Define the methodology and approach for building a robust test automation architecture.
• Design and develop new or modified test automation solutions that align with business needs.
• Facilitate the transition from manual testing to automated testing approaches.
• Generate automated test reports and collect relevant metrics.
• Collaborate with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master’s degree in IT and at least 13 years of IT experience (or Bachelor's degree and at least 17 years of IT experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with Selenium and/or Cypress testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong knowledge of test automation technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
• Experience with test data management.
• Ability to deliver both business and technical presentations.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification or equivalent will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level. French will be an advantage.
