Testing Engineer

- Provide full range of Coates CMS product regression and function testing in both H/W and S/W ​

- Create and revise practical test cases based on requirements, execute manual or automated tests and log results accurately​

- Collaborating with BA / PO on defining success criteria, and process high-quality testing activities ​

- Provide valuable suggestion on product function and improvements on defect management ​

- Contributing to test automation to streamline testing processes – identifying bottlenecks and ensuring system meets performance testing criteria ​

- Documenting test cases, procedures, and results for future reference​

- Compose knowledge articles on resolutions provided for future internal/external use​

- Contribute to process improvements in QA practices

- Experience working in hardware and software product testing ​

- Familiar with Linux (Ubuntu) and able to write Shell language​

- Basic knowledge of computer network (LAN, WAN), and understand HTML/CSS/Java Script/PHP

- Good communication skills and experience working in a global organisation​

- Ability to complete test cases independently​

- Ability to track and report test data and optimizing test cases to ensure higher coverage.​

- Be able to drive the adoption of new tools or methods to improve team efficiency and quality. ​

- Curious learning and stays up to date with new feature development on a regular basis ​
