Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in guiding a team of therapists who provide mental health services across multiple programs. You’ll offer supervision, structure, and insight to ensure care meets the highest clinical standards while promoting a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision, case review, and feedback to therapists and interns.
• Monitor compliance with agency, state, and federal documentation standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review cases and share best practices.
• Support staff performance and training initiatives.
• Collaborate on process improvements and client service models.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
