Position: Full-Time
Location: Peoria, Arizona
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Therapist Supervisor to provide clinical direction and mentorship to a team of behavioral health professionals. In this role, you’ll ensure consistent, quality care while guiding therapists toward growth, compliance, and excellence in client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor licensed and associate therapists.
• Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.
• Conduct regular case consultations and team meetings.
• Support professional development through feedback and training.
• Ensure compliance with state and agency clinical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
