Position: Full-Time
Location: Rochester, New York
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor who’s ready to lead a team of therapists providing mental health care in Rochester, New York. This position balances supervision, compliance, and mentorship helping both clinicians and clients achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical work and documentation for multiple therapy teams.
• Provide regular supervision, coaching, and case consultation.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Promote a positive team environment focused on ethical, evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with leadership on training and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active NY license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with supervisory background.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
