As an Operations Analyst, you will partner across our Operations teams (Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Engineering Support, Payment Ops, Compliance) to drive operational excellence through data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You will analyze customer and operational data, build reporting frameworks, and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, and business performance. This role is ideal for someone who is both data-driven and eager to apply AI to real operational problems.

Responsibilities:
Data & Insights
- Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Strategize on dashboard and reporting frameworks that surface insights to leadership and frontline teams.
- Define and maintain core data hygiene, governance, and quality practices.
- Develop predictive models or scoring logic (e.g., churn risk, health scores, NPS, segmentation) with support from data partners.
Performance & Reporting
- Own KPI development and performance tracking for operational and customer outcomes.
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and trend reporting for renewals, support volume, and product usage.
- Produce insights and recommendations that inform prioritization, strategic planning, and quarterly business reviews.
AI & Automation
- Design and implement automation and AI workflows to streamline repetitive processes and improve efficiency across Ops.
- Evaluate, deploy, and maintain AI tools (e.g., workflow automation, ticket summarization, forecasting models).
- Partner with teams to improve data accessibility and expand automation opportunities.
Process Improvement & Operational Infrastructure
- Map, optimize, and document customer-facing and internal processes for scalability and clarity.
- Improve customer onboarding, milestone tracking, and adoption workflows.
- Standardize playbooks, scorecards, and journey frameworks across customer lifecycle stages.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with Product to relay customer signals and influence roadmap prioritization.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support leaders to design feedback loops and escalation paths.
- Support enablement and training for internal teams on new processes, systems, dashboards, and AI tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in operations, business intelligence, data analytics, or similar scaled operational function.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Experience leveraging or implementing AI or automation tools (e.g., Gemini, Glean, GPT-based workflows, Zapier, Gainsight automation, etc.).
- Ability to turn raw data into insights and clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Advantages:
- Experience in Customer Success Operations, Support Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and CX systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight).
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Payments.
- Exposure to scripting languages (Python or similar) is a plus.
