This role sits within the Content Commerce GM org, one of Meesho’s most exciting and high-potential bets. Content Commerce is the hottest new trend in e-commerce globally, and we’re working to make it mainstream in India, just like we did with reselling.
Within the Content Commerce org, you will be part of the Meesho Creator Club (MCC) team — a core team that focuses on onboarding, activating, and scaling creators across the country. The team’s mission is to enable creators to drive immersive, trustworthy, and high-conversion shopping experiences for Meesho users, directly impacting GMV and revenue.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Trainee to support our growth marketing efforts across paid digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, experimenting with campaigns, and learning how performance-driven marketing works at scale.

What you will do

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
  • Support A/B testing of creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
  • Conduct basic market, competitor, and keyword research
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives
  • Help identify insights and optimization opportunities from data
  • What you will need

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in performance marketing, growth, and digital advertising
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Comfortable with numbers and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good to Have:
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, attribution, or funnels
  • Prior internship, coursework, or certification in digital marketing
