The opportunity: Treasury and Finance Analyst, Cashalo

The Treasury and Finance Analyst will support the company’s cash management, loan receivable reconciliation, and accounts payable record-keeping activities. The role ensures accurate and timely reconciliation of loan-related transactions, proper documentation of disbursements and collections, and assists in financial planning activities related to liquidity and funding.

This is a full-time onsite role at our Cashalo office in Manila.

How you'll make an impact

  • Loan Receivable and Revenue Reconciliation - Perform monthly reconciliations across systems, resolve loan-related discrepancies, maintain audit-ready schedules, and validate cash movements with relevant teams.

  • Accounts Payable Support - Prepare AP listings and entries, reconcile accounts, and support invoice/payment processing while ensuring proper documentation and internal control compliance.

  • Treasury Operations and Financial Planning Support - Monitor bank balances, process fund movements, support cash forecasting, and provide key cash/funding inputs for budgeting and planning.

  • Compliance and Reporting - Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, support audit documentation needs, and help improve reconciliation and reporting processes.

Why you're a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting or Treasury

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); experience with accounting systems preferred (NetSuite)

  • Familiarity with AP processes and cash management principles

  • Exposure to the Fintech industry is a plus

  • Experience or exposure to financial planning and cash forecasting is a plus
