In this role, you will
Oversee all treasury operations, including the execution of payments processing and wire transfersEnsure accurate preparation of supporting documentation for payments and management of bank cardsPrepare and analyze daily and monthly reports on turnover and balances to provide insights into financial performanceFacilitate the effective management of financial resources and liquidityIdentify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate themManage foreign exchange and interest rate risksBuild and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, handling services, fees, and credit terms negotiationsCoordinate correspondence with banks on various financial matters and resolve issues related to refunds and chargebacksEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesForecast cash flows and financial trendsParticipate in month-end closing processes and assist with payroll activitiesSupport the opening of new accounts and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners regarding paymentsSupport KYC procedures, compliance, and limits managementContinuously improve and streamline treasury-related business processes, including payments, financial control, and FX management, by collaborating with internal departments and external partnersParticipate in ongoing and special projects or initiatives, prepare ad hoc reports, and perform other duties as assigned by upper management
It’s all about you
2–5 years of experience in treasury management, finance, or a related area, preferably in IT, banking, or FMCGBS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online banking)Understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, IFRS, and accounting principlesExperience with cash flow forecasting and financial analysisStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAttention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsUpper-Intermediate English proficiency, both oral and writtenResults-oriented, hardworking, and innovative team playerStructural thinking combined with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset
