Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer creates intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals. This role spans the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping—across web platforms, SaaS products, mobile applications, and marketing experiences.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate user needs into clear, effective interfaces. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving problems through thoughtful design, value research-informed decisions, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Your Impact

Your designs improve how users interact with digital products by reducing friction and increasing clarity. Through well-structured flows and polished interfaces, you help improve usability, engagement, and conversion outcomes. Your work supports scalable product growth while ensuring consistent and accessible user experiences.

Core Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis — 20%

  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
  • Create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams
  • Translate research insights into actionable design solutions

Wireframing & Prototyping — 25%

  • Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows
  • Design responsive layouts across devices
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results

Visual UI Design — 30%

  • Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
  • Create reusable UI components and patterns
  • Design conversion-focused landing pages and product interfaces

Design Systems & Component Libraries — 15%

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems
  • Create and document reusable components and patterns
  • Ensure consistency across products and platforms
  • Collaborate with developers on design system implementation

Usability Testing & Optimization — 5%

  • Plan and execute usability testing sessions
  • Analyze findings and iterate on designs
  • Optimize user flows based on data and feedback

Collaboration & Communication — 5%

  • Partner with product managers and developers
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
  • Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and critiques

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
  • Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • User research or usability testing experience
  • Conversion-focused or CRO design exposure
  • Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or dashboards
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS concepts)

Tools Proficiency

  • Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
  • Wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Strong visual design and layout fundamentals

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Adobe XD or Sketch
  • Prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, ProtoPie)
  • User testing tools (Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar)
  • Collaboration tools (FigJam, Miro)
  • Project management tools (Notion, Jira, Asana)
