UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with min 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, has a strong visual sense, and can translate business and user requirements into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to design and improve web and mobile products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user and business requirements.
• Design user-friendly interfaces, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Assist in maintaining and following design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and branding across products.
• Support senior designers and design leads in executing design strategies and concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Clearly present design concepts and rationale to internal teams.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills, design process, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Basic experience with user research, usability testing, and design iteration.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform usability principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
