Today, we’re a team of 1,000+ experts delivering top-notch work across cloud, data, and software. And we’re just getting started.

The role focuses on the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimizationof UKG Kronos workforce management solutions.
You will work with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions, covering timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals,
while ensuring seamless integration with HR and payroll systems and stable system operations.
configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals).
configure UKG Pro WFM pay policies and timekeeping rules.
integrate UKG/Kronos with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Workday).
develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
configure InTouch DX time clocks and access profiles.
build custom reports and dashboards using Kronos tools and SQL.
ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
