Keep lobby in tip top condition. Guests, visitors,interviewees are welcomed and handled in a correct manner. Manage travel desk including air ticket booking for overseas & domestic travel and also arrange Bus /Train
ticket for domestic travel.
Co ordinate to manage and negotiate, Hotel Booking , Conference hall booking
and Food management and Transfer.
Experience of working with Overseas Colleages and Overseas Customers.
Responsible for management of Stationery Supermarket including timely replenishment and availability
of stock.
Support in Document Management of for Admin Department.
Drive for continous improvement in respective areas
Should be willing to take more responsibilities
