Agami is seeking a creative candidate with a deep commitment to transform the resolution experience for all people in India.

About the Role

PUCAR is a public mission to transform the dispute resolution experience of every person. It is a vibrant community of diverse innovators who are fundamentally redesigning resolution processes to make them people-centric.

The ability to effectively understand user needs, design solutions that are people-centric, and engage users in the process, is central to the success of the mission. We are looking for a candidate who can support and advance the mission by anchoring User Research and Engagement with the users.

Responsibilities

  1. User Research: Observe and engage frequently with a wide range of users (litigants, lawyers, judges, court staff, police etc) to understand needs and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Design User-Centric Solution: Support the development of user-centric solutions by defining the jobs to be done, research of applicable law and global best-practices, and suggesting and developing ideas to streamline workflows and empower users.
  3. Testing: Directly test the product and also liaison with users to test prototypes, observe and suggest opportunities for improvement.
  4. Create and Anchor a User Council: Curate and engage a community of active users who will test and provide feedback, participate in dialogues as needed and champion the product.

Successful candidates will possess most of the following skills and experience:

  1. Entrepreneurial Skills: Are you committed to transforming the dispute resolution experiences of people? Do you give yourself the permission to question the status quo and identify opportunities for action? Can you manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously? Do you enjoy building and nurturing relationships with diverse actors?
  2. Creativity: Are you hungry to expand your boundaries and learn about different domains? Can you free yourself from existing mental models and assumptions of how things must work and imagine wholly new possibilities? Do you bring attention to detail?
  3. Communication: Do you have good listening skills? Can you listen to both what is said and unsaid? Can you empathize deeply with others? Can you communicate ideas clearly?
  4. Teamwork: Do you thrive in an agile work environment with fluid team structures and roles?

Preference would be given to candidates with familiarity and experience (two years minimum) in litigation or product development. The position will require frequent travel.
