Needs to have at least 10+ years of experience in UX design and Minimum 3 years experience in web ecommerce UX design

Work close with regional offices (multiple stakeholders) to diagnose business needs

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

• Design intuitive, usable and engaging mobile &web interactions and interface designs.

• Conduct usability research (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorts, user interviews, and usability tests) and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions

• Good knowledge of Web and mobile design, Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps . Ecommerce Design exp is a plus.
