The perfect Valuer will have strong market knowledge, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity.
Our client has started searching for their next Residential Sales / Lettings Valuer in readiness of a growing sales team.

As a Valuer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling
- Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
- Conducting market appraisals
- Taking photographs & measurements
What w're looking for:
- Previous estate agency experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Drive and determination with a desire to succeed
- Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
