Vice President, Digital Product Owner - CASA Suqad

About the Role

As VP – Digital Product Owner (CASA), you will lead the transformation of our Current Account, Savings Account, and Deposit propositions through digital innovation. Reporting into the Personal Banking Group, you will own the CASA product vision and roadmap, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital and assisted channels.

This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, high-impact customer journeys and delivering scalable solutions that align with RAKBANK’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Ownership & Strategy Execution

• Define and execute the CASA Transformation roadmap.
• Prioritize product backlog and translate vision into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and architecture teams to deliver best-in-class digital journeys.
• Optimize acquisition channels and enhance product features to grow CASA business.

Agile Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional agile squad (developers, designers, analysts, testers).
• Act as the single point of accountability for product decisions and sprint planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of product increments with quality and compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Champion the voice of the customer through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.

Innovation & Market Awareness

• Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor offerings.
• Identify opportunities for personalization and advisory capabilities.
• Promote scalable solutions aligned with long-term business goals.

Financial Performance

• Improve origination volumes and reduce cost-to-acquire through automation.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, drop-off points, and portfolio growth.
• Enable upsell and cross-sell opportunities within digital journeys.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Finance or Digital Innovation).
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, Agile/Lean/Design Thinking (preferred).

Experience:

• 10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or agile delivery.
• 5+ years in a senior product owner role within an agile organization.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and regulatory compliance.
