We are looking for a versatile Content Operations expert who blends strategic content planning with high-quality video production skills. In this role, you will focus on Meshy’s core product capabilities and user personas to craft high-impact, long-form and mid-form video content.
By leveraging precision storytelling (scripts, subtitles, voiceovers) and AI-powered workflows, you will scale our content production and distribution efficiency, building a professional and authoritative brand presence among our global user base.
End-to-End Video Production: Identify core use cases for diverse user segments (3D printing enthusiasts, game developers, etc.) to plan and produce engaging videos. Independently handle scriptwriting, subtitling, and voiceover copy.
Distribution & Content Repurposing: Define and execute distribution strategies across YouTube, TikTok, X, and other channels. Explore multi-format repurposing (e.g., technical blogs, social media snippets) to maximize content ROI.
Creator Ecosystem Growth: Identify and manage relationships with external creators and KOLs. Drive content supply through collaborations and co-creation projects to consistently scale output.
Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly analyze performance metrics (views, retention, engagement, conversion). Use these insights to refine topics and publishing strategies, building a scalable and iterative "Content Playbook."
2+ years of experience in video content planning or content marketing. Experience with SaaS, AI, or creator tools is highly preferred.
Exceptional English writing skills, with the ability to manage the full content lifecycle from ideation to final copy.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major video platform ecosystems and a strong intuition for matching content formats to specific channels.
AI Native: A strong curiosity for AI tools and hands-on experience using them to enhance content production efficiency.
User Empathy: Ability to speak the language of game developers and 3D printing hobbyists, with the capacity to quickly master product features and user scenarios.
Experience managing a personal video channel or social media account (please include links to your portfolio).
Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender) or hands-on experience with 3D printing.
Multilingual content production capabilities or experience in international market operations.
