As our Villa Butler, you will take ownership of the villa experience, curating personalized moments through a holistic and intuitive approach to service. As the primary ambassador for villa guests, you will orchestrate every detail with finesse, from bespoke welcome rituals to seamless daily care and thoughtful farewells.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for villa guests, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of resort services, dining options, activities, and local experiences
- Manage pre-arrival planning and personally welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their villas and providing a thorough introduction to butler services, resort facilities, and in-villa amenities
- Ensure that guest preferences, special requests, and arrangements are anticipated and executed accurately and on time
- Coordinate transportation, transfers, and bespoke arrangements according to guest preferences
- Deliver personalized in-villa food and beverage services tailored to individual tastes and expectations
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution of guest itineraries and services
- Maintain and update detailed guest profiles in OPERA PMS, capturing preferences, stay history, and personal details to create memorable, personalized experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, discreetly, and effectively to all requests or concerns
- Uphold the highest standards of service etiquette, discretion, privacy, and professionalism at all times
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, hotel policies, SOPs, and Brand Standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an operational hospitality role, ideally within luxury environment
- Strong computer literacy, knowledge of OPERA PMS is considered an advantage
- Discreet, highly organized, and confident in multitasking, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal, knowledge of German, Russian, and/or Arabic will be considered a plus
- Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive matters with discretion
- Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct
