Virtual Assistant - Inside Sales Agent

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in inside sales to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Follow up with leads using the CRM and established sales systems.
• Qualify potential buyers and sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness.
• Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent and professional communication.
• Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents.
• Track lead activity, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service;
• English fluency with clear, confident phone communication;
• Comfortable handling outbound calls and follow-up conversations;
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and digital communication tools;
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented;
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail;
• Experience with real estate CRMs or platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, KV Core) is a plus;
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently in a remote environment;
