Virtual Assistant – Social Media Marketing (Chiropractic & Sports Rehab)

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with strong social media expertise to support a chiropractic office specializing in sports injuries, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. The primary goal is to build trust and brand presence on Instagram through engaging content, video editing, and follower growth strategies. This role will start as a focused social media support position but has strong potential to grow into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities, including patient lead nurturing and engagement. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Create, edit, and enhance videos for Instagram with music, captions, and graphics. Develop visually compelling posts and stories aligned with brand voice. Implement Instagram growth strategies to increase followers and engagement. Research trends in sports rehab and chiropractic care for relevant content. Future Role Expansion Potential to handle patient follow-ups and lead nurturing via phone calls. Possible involvement in ad management and campaign optimization. Support broader marketing and patient engagement initiatives as business grows. Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Instagram management (business/brand accounts). Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe). Knowledge of Instagram growth strategies and engagement best practices. Strong written and visual communication skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience running and managing Instagram or Facebook Ads. Customer service or healthcare admin experience. Interest in sports, fitness, or rehab industries.
